anti aging cream
Rachel Hammond asked:

Have you ever thought about going out and buying an all natural product based strictly on what you had learned about it in an organic night anti-aging cream review?  If you went back to the same source from which you got the information about the product week after week you would probably begin to notice a trend where every organic night cream reviewed positively came from the same one or two companies.

You should always take what you have learned about an organic night anti-aging cream review with a grain of salt, because what you are getting is not so much of an overview of the products merits as it is a sales presentation for the product.  These types of reviews are very rarely unbiased, as the people that are involved in the overview of the products are looking to make some kind of profit.

Most of the organic night cream reviewed in magazines, through websites, or on television is being scrutinized under the comfortable umbrella of corporate sponsorship.  What you are going to see or hear about are the “positive” aspects of the product.  You will never be told about the fact that aside from the three healthy main ingredients you have nothing in your product except chemical agents.

Talking about the fact that the vast majority of the products that are being looked at contain commonly used chemicals that have been scientifically proven to cause people to develop various forms of cancer  would not work out very well in an organic night anti-aging cream review.  Dispelling information such as this could very well damage the sales potential of the product.

Most of the organic night cream reviewed is made the way that it is because of the simple truth that chemical ingredients are cheaper to use than those that will not cause human beings any harm.  Natural ingredients would cost the major corporations more money to use, and being that the major corporations only see profits in the millions every year they have to watch their pennies.

One thing that you will never read or hear in an organic night anti-aging cream review is how these corporations would rather save just a few dollars per product than to develop something for you that would be both effective, and safe for you to use.  We are all lucky that there are companies that are not like the major manufacturers, and that truly care about the quality of their products.

Wouldn’t it be nice to see an organic night cream reviewed that contained only healthy, natural ingredients in it that would effectively treat your skin without any risk to you?  Products with ingredients like Babassu palm wax, active New Zealand Manuka honey, Shea butter, Phytessence Wakame sea kelp extract, and the collagen production inducing Functional Keratin.

If an organic night anti-aging cream review offered you all of that and more then they would be advising you that it would be in your best interest to invest in the products being produced by an innovative company from New Zealand.  Maybe you should think about trusting a review just one more time.  You may even be glad that you did.

Stephanie S asked:

Hello everyone.
I need a skin care product that is for dry skin and is good… I also need some sort of skin care product that can make my skin more even and clear of pimples or close to it. And I have like a tanned sorta skin, like a light brown colour, so yeah.

If anyone can give me the name of a product or products for better skin, other than proactive, then I would grateful to hear about it.

Thanks =)

microdermabrasion
Saurabh Yadav asked:

After the successful introduction of microdermabrasion machines in treatment salons, and dermatology clinics, the clamor for affordable home microdermabrasion machines increased. Likewise, the number of fully satisfied clientele with various skin disorders rose especially when microdermabrasion systems were found to be safe for most skin types.

Effectively smoothing away signs of aging, sun damage, scarring and other minor skin blemishes, microdermabrasion systems use the power of diamonds and crystals to polish the skin. A unique cleansing apparatus circulates the cream infused with tiny exfoliating crystals directly on the skin. These micro-crystals deeply abrade the outer-most layer of dead skin cells and other debris. The re-surfacing device massages the upper most layer of the surface tissue, unclogs pores and stimulate circulation, rids and making the fresh skin surface of wrinkles, lines, spots, blemishes, acne scars and even scarring caused by childbirth and weight gain. Some dermabrasion machine also releases ultrasonic frictional heat which accelerates blood circulation, encourages muscles relaxation and even burning cellulites and breaks down excessive fat.

The process in itself is painless. Some has described the process more like deep tissue massage. The resurfacing tool has various strength levels and is easy to control.

Most licensed aestheticians and cosmetologists, RNs, or doctors perform professional microdermabrasion services using a closed-loop vacuum system, to include a waste catching canister. Handling of microdermabrasion machines requires special training. Microdermabrasion home systems are also available and usually provide detailed manuals.

Most microdermabrasion machine is adjustable and can be tailored to your specific beauty needs. The basic components of most systems have the following: hand-held resurfacing tool that applies exfoliating solutions, unique and specially formulated skin products that will enhance and replenish natural nutrients, restore cell activity and promote healthier skin. Various foam attachments are also included that are made for polishing all skin surfaces.

Major cosmetic manufacturers sell microdermabrasion equipments. Searching for suppliers is easy as both professional level microdermabrasion equipments and home systems are available on the web, targeting salons, women, cosmetic surgeons and entrepreneurs alike.

The professional equipment is similar to many home systems. They both use dermabrasion handles that applies micro-crystals. The main difference between the two is that the professional microdermabrasion equipment has a re-surfacing device that simultaneously vacuums and clears away dead skin cells. It also increases stimulation of tissue. The professional equipment also has different adjustable levels of power and durability that can withstand repeated and long use.

The microdermabrasion machines are also packaged uniquely, from inexpensive do it yourself lotion packages to medical and salon machines with costs that range from hundreds to several thousands of dollars. This technology allows you to experience skin improvements from home, at the salon, or in your dermatologist’s office without the inconvenience and risks involved with surgery, lasers, and chemicals.

Learn more about microdermabrasion and microdermabrasion machines in our information guide, or consult with an anti-aging specialist in your area for a consultation about your procedure.

microdermabrasion
Wade Robins asked:

In Atlanta, microdermabrasion is a very popular procedure that both men and women use to keep their skin looking young and fresh. This is why there are several skin treatment centers in the city that offer their own take on the popular Atlanta microdermabrasion treatments.

Atlanta microdermabrasion is used mainly to eliminate or at least minimize the visible signs of skin aging such as age spots, lines, and wrinkles. Atlanta microdermabrasion is also effective as an acne prevention and treatment procedure, as well as in dispelling acne-caused scars.

Among the numerous treatment centers that specialize in Atlanta microdermabrasion is the Golden Clinic, a skin care facility founded by the world-renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Robert M. Golden.

Dr. Golden has been practicing cosmetic surgery in Atlanta for more than 15 years and is an active member of both the American Society for Liposuction Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

With his considerable experience in the field of skin care, Dr. Golden is more than qualified to perform Atlanta microdermabrasion on his clients. In fact, the Golden Clinic boasts of having some of the best skin experts in the area.

Besides the Atlanta microdermabrasion treatments, the Golden Clinic also offers several other dermatologic procedures such as skin surgery and skin cancer treatment. However, the Atlanta microdermabrasion treatment is probably the most popular procedure that the clinic offers.

Atlanta microdermabrasion actually takes a very short time, which is why so many people just love it. You can go in for your appointment and come out a few hours later with much younger-looking and more radiant skin.

After you undergo Atlanta microdermabrasion treatments in the Golden Clinic, they will apply a special moisturizer to revitalize your skin, which will all but eliminate the time you need for recovery.

Right after your Atlanta microdermabrasion treatment, you will notice several positive changes on your skin. Your lines and wrinkles will not be as defined anymore, and your age spots will have faded considerably. Do not expect to see a complete transformation, though. It may take a few sessions of Atlanta microdermabrasion to achieve that perfectly blemish-free and wrinkle-free skin that you really want.

The skin experts will also warn you that immediately after the Atlanta microdermabrasion treatments, your skin will be very vulnerable to elements such as the sun’s rays. Therefore, you will be advised to apply a mild sunscreen with an SPF of not lower than 15, if you are planning to go outdoors. For more info see http://www.microdermabrasionhelp.com/Microdermabrasion_Cost on home microdermabrasion kits.

If you wish to visit the Golden Clinic for an Atlanta microdermabrasion treatment, it is located in Alpharetta, Georgia, which is actually a suburb of Atlanta. We assure you that if you do decide to have your Atlanta microdermabrasion treatment in the Golden Clinic, you will be completely satisfied with the results.

skin care tips
Vijay Raisinghani asked:

The use of an effective anti aging skin cream coupled with a healthy lifestyle – This is a deadly combination and there is no way that wrinkles and fine lines can stay on your face. Here are a few skin care tips that shall make getting rid of wrinkles as easy as a child’s play.

The pharmacy stores and the skin care market is filled with a lot of different brands of anti aging and anti wrinkle products. Most of them are just hyped up products which do not deliver as per the big promises that they make in the advertisements on television, glossy magazines and radio.

The best skin care tip that I would give after years of experience in the skin care industry is that you should look very carefully at the ingredients that are contained in the skin care products that you purchase. Make sure that they are natural ingredients that are scientifically proven to perform deep and effective skin rejuvenation.

Secret No 1 – Harmful Substances to avoid

And also make sure that the products do not contain harmful substances of any type. These could be synthetic chemicals and oils that are used for many purposes, for example -

- Parabens are used as preservatives in place of natural stabilizers.

- Artificial Fragrances are used to give a nice smell to substandard products in place of natural perfumes and scents.

- Mineral Oils are used as skin moisturizers in place of natural plant based oils and emollients.

- DEA, MEA and TEA (Mono, Di and Tri-ethanolamine) are used to adjust the pH in skin care products.

- PEG (Polyethylene glycol) is used as an emulsifier and humectant. It is a known carcinogenic.

- Triclosan is used in skin care products as an anti-bacterial agent (it is actually for use in weed killers).

You can see clearly how the skin care product manufacturers cut corners to boost their profitability by compromising on the product quality. They use such harmful chemicals which are not at all meant for use on our skin.

You should avoid such ingredients at all cost in the skin care products you purchase.

Secret No 2 – Natural Ingredients to look for

In place of such dreaded substances, you should look for amazing natural ingredients that play a very constructive and positive role in improving skin youth and vitality. Some of these are Cynergy TK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10.

They have surprised the medical world by their amazing properties in anti aging and skin rejuvenation. Cynergy TK plays a unique role by enhancing the natural production of youth giving skin proteins called collagen and elastin. It also improves skin moisture retention and elasticity.

Phytessence Wakame is an extract of a special Japanese sea kelp. It is one of the best kept anti aging beauty secrets of Japan. It preserves the balance of the vital hyaluronic acid in the body which is vital for skin youth. It is also rich in minerals, antioxidants, vitamins and calcium (it contains 15 times more calcium than milk).

Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10 is the most superior form the antioxidant that the medical community has discovered in the current times. It is a nano emulsion version of the well known antioxidant Coenzyme Q10 and works in a unique way by penetrating 7 layers deep down the skin and neutralizing free radicals that cause damage to skin cells and tissues.

Secret No 3 – Lifestyle Skin Care Tips

A healthy and vibrant skin is a barometer of your overall health. You should follow a health lifestyle which includes the following activities to maintain the youth and healthy glow of your skin -

1) Drink plenty of water. Water comprises 70% of our total body weight. It is essential for skin cells hydration.

2) Avoid consumption of junk food as much as possible. Try to include green leafy vegetables in their place as they are rich in antioxidants.

3) Avoid excessive exposure to the sun. The harmful UV-A rays speed up the formation of free radicals and lead to premature skin aging.

4) Avoid smoking, excessive stress and alcohol consumption.

Visit my website to find out more effective skin care tips and what amazing natural ingredients you should look out for in the best skin care products and what harmful substances you should be avoiding. A healthy lifestyle coupled with the most effective anti aging products is the master-key to achieve a soft, beautiful and young skin that is glowing with natural health.

bbbbbbbbbb asked:

I have to admit when I go down the skin care aisle at my store I do get a little overwhelmed.

There must be over a 100 different products for your skin. How do you know what to choose for your skin type and age?
I don’t have any problems I want to fix, it’s more for preventative measures.

I’m lucky enough to have pretty even skin and I’ve never had an acne problem.

So really I guess what I need is something to maintain my skin as it is now.

Pretty Skin 4 Less asked:

The first thing we notice about any human being is their face. Maintaining clean, healthy skin is absolutely essential for self-esteem, confidence and a good attitude about life. Having healthy skin doesn’t mean you have to spend hundreds of dollars on skin care products and make-up. It’s about having a healthy lifestyle and upholding disciplined cleansing habits that will make flawless skin possible.

Healthy Diet. By avoiding greasy, fatty foods that will make your face break out, your skin will be less oily and more resistant to blemishes. Some foods that cause your skin to break our include pizza, French fries, chocolate and most other types of candy, fast food and soft drinks. You don’t have to give up these special treats completely, just eat them in moderation.

Hydration and Exercise. Drinking the recommended eight glasses of water a day – along with regular exercise like walking, jogging, bicycling or getting involved in sports – will make a tremendous impact on the way your skin looks and feels. Exercise will increase blood flow, making your dull skin glow like new. It will also make your feel more energized and generally happier. Keeping your body in shape allows for less stress and a feeling of achievement.

Sun Exposure. Protect yourself from sun damage, skin cancer and premature wrinkles by using a moderate strength sunscreen. Too much sun can blister your lips, leaving them red and sore. Sunburned skin can peel, leaving your skin patchy and sensitive. Monitor how much time you spend in the sun and use good judgment when deciding if you’ve had enough for the day.

Regular Cleaning Routine. Cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturize – this daily routine should carry you on your way toward healthier skin in no time. Choose a gentle cleansing solution that works for your specific type of skin, whether it’s dry, oily or normal. Using your selected product, cleanse your face in a gentle circular motion and rinse with lukewarm water, as hot water drains the skin’s moisture.

The next step is to exfoliate. A granular exfoliant product is often especially effective in smoothly rough areas and rubbing away dead skin cells, allowing the face to be better moisturized.

After exfoliating, use a toner or astringent to tighten skin and remove any make-up or cleanser residue. An alternative to toner or astringent would be a facial masque at least once a week, which tackles clogged pores while also firming skin and leaving it soft and silky.

The final step is to apply a moisturizer that will protect against dry skin. People with oily skin don’t have to moisturize as often as those who have dry, normal or combination skin.

You could spend hundreds of dollars on skin care products and only achieve clear, healthy skin for a short period of time. A daily skin care routine, along with a healthy diet, drinking lots of water, exercising and protecting your skin from sun damage, will help you achieve healthy skin for a lifetime.

anti aging cream
Nicky Pilkington asked:

Although there are many different types of anti-aging products, the most popular of all these products are creams. Creams have become the most popular type of anti-aging product for a variety of reasons. The first of these factors is the price of anti-aging creams. Although the majority of these creams are by no means cheap, the majority of them are actually less expensive than the other methods of anti-aging that are available.

The next reason that anti-aging creams are so popular is that more often than not, they actually work. In a field filled with outrageous claims and products which consistently disappoint, anti-aging creams have brought a new credibility to the field. Finally, creams have become the most popular product in the anti-aging field because of how easy they are to use.

Unlike a number of other products, creams can be applied within a matter of minutes. To use the majority of these creams, all you need to do is put a small amount in your hand and then rub the cream all over your face.

Although creams are one of the best anti-aging products around, it is important to know a few things about how to select the right cream for you before making a purchase. By doing a little research ahead of time, you will be avoid the few bad apples among anti-aging creams. To begin with, it is important to purchase a cream that is created for the specific area you want to target.

As common sense dictates, you would not purchase an anti-aging face cream for use on your hands. Using a cream in a way other than what it is intended for will guarantee that you do not get the results you desire. In addition to purchasing the correct type of cream, you should inspect the ingredients in the cream. It is important to ensure that the cream contains elastin, the most common (and effective) substance found in anti-aging creams.

This substance has the ability to perform anti-aging tasks such as easing wrinkles and rejuvenating your skin. A quality cream should not only fight the signs of aging, but should also leave your skin with a youthful glow.

Anti-aging creams are one of the best ways to fight the signs of aging. They combine an effective blend of substances and ease of use to create a superior product. Whether you are looking to preserve your skin or fight the signs of aging, a cream is probably the best way to accomplish this.

By learning about what to look for in a quality anti-aging cream before choosing one to buy, you can ensure that you will not only achieve your anti-aging goals, but start feeling better about yourself.

microdermabrasion
Saurabh Yadav asked:

Microdermabrasion is not exactly a new procedure on the dermatological scene. I had not heard of it until the year 2003, but it has been around since 1982 in Europe. This procedure is now one of the most popular non-surgical cosmetic procedures performed in 2008 and has exploded in popularity. This technique is a really just what it sounds like, a skin sanding or re-surfacing on the micro level of the epidermis. The microdermabrasion machine will use tiny abrasive particles blasted into the skin, then vacuumed away in a tiny compressor. The diamond microdermabrasion uses a diamond tip with no stray particles. The procedure actually peels away the outer layer of skin (about 15 microns). This layer is so slim that it can\’t be seen. This procedure is equally as effective as surgical procedures like painful laser and skin peels, but it is painless with no anesthesia required, and only takes about 45 minutes for the average treatment. Microdermabrasion machines are varied in complexity and multi functionality, but the basic microdermabrasion machine does the same function for the skin re-surfacing. There is very little difference from a consumers perspective.

The newly abraded skin will look a little pink and can be a tiny bit inflamed for a few days. This new skin will be softer,  smoother, more even appearing skin. The first time that I tried the procedure it was done with by an aesthetician using a professional microdermabrasion machine. However, I have many friends who have tried the procedure using do-it-yourself home microdermabrasion machines. These home machines, or kits are not really microdermabrasion and do not yield the same positive results as a professional microdermabrasion machine. I now have treatments done every three months and my skin is youthful, smooth, and as beautiful as it was before I was a teenager and experienced acne. The aesthetician at my spa uses the NOVA NV-07D that can be found at Sylvan Company.

What can microdermabrasion machines be used for?

·         Rejuvenation of sun damaged skin – face, back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs

·         Reduction and elimination of age spots

·         Minimization of blotchy skin coloring

·         Elimination or smoothing of fine wrinkles

·         Extraction of blackheads and whiteheads.

·         Lessening of oily type skin.

·         Reduction of acne scars and other superficial scars, elimination of some  scarring.

·         Reduction of acne

·         Improvement of overall skin health and skin capillary circulation

I have now been receiving microdermabrasion treatments at my spa for three years regularly. I receive treatments once every month now. My skin is has never looked better and I less wrinkles, no sun spots, no acne, reduced scarring and look many years younger than when I started. I would recommend microdermabrasion machine treatment to any of my friends and family. I am so glad that I have found a non-surgical, non-invasive solution that works so well.
