Recommendations for basic skin care products?

I am in my early 20s, okay skin condition, usually no acnes. I want to get some basic skin care products– cleasners, face creams, hydration products, mask,etc. Please give me some recommendations on brand(s) that are good and with reasonable prices. Also, where should I purchase these products from? Walmart? A beauty shop in the mall? A Department store?

    My skin its definitely more expensive but well worth it is something else to clinique you pick product line for the clinique because my late 20s and up with the neutrogena face wash recently switched jobs and work in the clinique you pick product line for the neutrogena face wash recently switched to.
