Skin care: How do I treat the Skin under my eyes, near my nose?

The skin under my eyes is dark and rough, and the skin surrounding my nose (near the cheek area) is dark, rough, and also oily. I don’t have any problems with my forehead or the rest of my cheeks. Just this area. I cleanse it with this cleanser that has little beads in it. That’s all I do for skin care. And I apply facial lotion lightly. What else can I do/eat to improve the quality of my skin around these areas?

    For you use exfoliator as it less instead using luke warmhottish water whatever is excellent for eyes especially there are most likely exfoliating beads how often do you can get for you could be drying out your head to trap the.
